The Structural Monitoring, Assessment and Rehabilitation using Frontier Technologies (SMART) Research Network brings
together
world-class researchers and institutions in the disciplines of SMART to act as a major catalyst for multi-disciplinary research, development and education.
Programmes

by SMART aim to build and foster multi-lateral relationships between research groups at Universities, Cooperative Research Centres and
Government
organisations, and to further strengthen international involvement in Australian research efforts.
